What is the production time?
Furniture is made specially for your family and built to order. Normal lead time for KUBE is 4 to 6 weeks on regularly stocked times (fabrics and standard sizes and specification).
Special orders, sizes, and fabrics are very rare. Special orders are negotiated individually for pricing and lead times (which will be lengthened due to production schedule alterations).
Is there a quality control system in place?
Each KUBE modular piece is inspected for cleanliness, quality, and uniformity. All pieces are bagged and wrapped for a safe, clean delivery process.
How does pickup work?
FOB pickup at our factory is available and will be arranged per desired transaction. Pickup address will be provided, and time slot will be specifically provided.
Can you deliver?
Delivery includes our KUBE staff bringing each piece into your living space, unwrapping, and arranging for you.
Delivery radius limits are 300 miles any direction from Salt Lake County. Anything outside that radius will be discussed individually on a case by case opportunity.
- Delivery in Salt Lake County is $75.00 standard.
- Delivery outside of Salt Lake County will be evaluated by mile distances per order.
- Deliveries beyond this will be estimated by distance and mileage.
What are the specifications for your furniture?
Seat height is standard 18”.
Overall dimensions are 36” x 36”.
