Return Policy

You can return most items for a refund or credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be evaluated upon delivery for any inadvertent damage. 

Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. An original receipt/invoice is required, and product must be undamaged and in original wrapping/packaging.

We do not refund original shipping charges. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent safe packaging. 

If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return.

Special order fabric products or made with special dimensions are ineligible for return.

You may cancel your regular stock order within two weeks prior to delivery or pickup for a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with your regular stock furniture, you must contact us within 7 days of your delivery or pickup and arrange a return. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

All items will be inspected upon return. Original Packaging is required. A restocking fee will apply, starting at 25% of the purchase price, for any items not returned in good condition or outside the stated time frame.

Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit, or refund, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. 

Refund credit card processing charges will be deducted from the amount of return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
